Access Codes

Tenant-Net provides each Owner/Manager with two unique 5 digit Access Codes. They are:

1. Owner Pay Code
2. Tenant Pay Code

These codes permit tenant-applicants to apply for apartments directly over the WEB via our RENT IT on-line application system.

During the application process, if a “Tenant Pay” code is entered, our software automatically causes a credit card data entry screen to pop up at the end of the application process. The tenant-applicant must then enter their credit card number and security code to complete the application process. If an “Owner Pay” code is entered, the credit card screen will not appear.

Once a tenant-applicant completes the application process, the following will occur:

1. The tenant-applicant is alerted that their application has been sent to the Owner/Manager
2. The Owner/Manager actually receives a fully completed application; and
3. A full application is downloaded to Tenant-Net for background screening.
