Advertising or “listing” your units on Padzilla is cost effective! Why? Because you can post all of them for one, low annual fee.

1 Unit: $99.00 per year

2 Units to 99 Units $199.00 per year

100 or more Units $299.00 per year.

So, if you own a building with 35 units, post them all for only $199.00 total. There is no reason or advantage not to list all of them as your cost is $199.00 whether you list 5, or all 35, so why not market them all!

And unlike some large national sites, we never charge or take a portion of any rent, from any unit, as part of our fee. Simply put, that’s your money, not ours! You pay only the annual fee.
