Padzilla: There is no fee to find apartments or to apply for apartments over Padzilla!

Tenant-Net Fees: Some owner/managers require their tenants-applicants undergo a Tenant-Net background check. Further, some owners require that the tenant-applicant pay the fee for that background check, while some do not.

DON’T WORRY!

Our application software/system automatically recognizes if your application is to an owner/manager requiring tenant screening, and it also knows if the owner pays the background search fee, or if you are required to pay that fee.

If the owner requires you pay the Tenant-Net background search fee, our system will add a credit card screen during the application process. Our fee is $25.00 except in very rare cases.
