Forms for Customer – Members

Welcome to Padzilla, the on–line division of Tenant–Net. As a Customer–Member, you have full right to use these specially designed forms. Please feel free to download them, and to copy as many as you might need.

Padzilla Forms:

You will see our “apartment data sheet” listed below. It’s basically a summary of the vital aspects of each apartment you own (square footage, number of bedrooms, baths, rent amount, that sort of thing). In the not too distant future, you will have the ability to log your apartment data in directly into our web site.

For now, you can either fill out a sheet manually, and mail or fax it to us (800-200-7005), or you can ask us to come to your site, and we will load the data in for you... FREE!

Basically, this is the only form directly related to Padzilla for our Customer–Members.

Tenant–Net Forms:

You will also see below multiple forms that concern your Tenant–Net membership, including sample application forms, Reports of Tenancy forms, etc. Again, these forms can be copied as many times as you like. These forms are also available at www.goodtenants.net, our Home site.

Please note the following:

You can download and print the form below pending receipt of copies from us. Note, copies we mail will have your name and client code pre-printed on key form.
You may use your own forms as part of your tenant application process, however, your potential tenant will need to sign, and you will need to forward our form. No tenant search can occur until our form is fully completed.
You will receive a $4.00 credit for each Tenant Report submitted.
You must provide a Notice of Denial whenever you turn down an applicant under the Federal Fair Credit requirements.
