So, you can go on–line anytime to locate great apartments and house rentals. If you are ready to RENT IT, meaning you are ready to actually apply for that great new pad, that part of Padzilla is also live 24/7, 365 days a year. APPLY ANYTIME! Your completed application is emailed automatically to the owner/manager of the unit you are interested in regardless of whether its holiday or a work day, and regardless of the time, day or night. Your application arrives as soon as your owner/manager checks their email. It’s that simple. If your owner/manager also opts to have Tenant–Net conduct background screening, here’s what happens to your application. Tenant–Net’s hours are Monday to Friday 9-4. Our system will automatically download your application at 9am on the next business day if you applied over the weekend, on a holiday, or over night. We also run an additional download “sync” three times each business day to capture applications completed during work days. We forward background results to our customer-members (your owner/manager) usually within 1–2 hours of receipt unless the owner/manager also requests a criminal background check.
