How Padzilla Works: Technical details
When you complete a Padzilla application on-line, it is automatically downloaded by a server to our Home Base here in Saco. As part of that application, you specifically agree and authorize us to pull your credit, and search records, and to forward results to your designated Owner/Manager. We then process your application, and all results are automatically forwarded to your designated Owner/Manager within approximately 24 hours or less.
To access Padzilla, the Owner/Manager of the apartment you are interested in will provide an access code. That code is unique to that Owner/Manager. By loading the access code in correctly at the start-up of Padzilla, you assure that the Owner/Manager of the apartment you want will get your Tenant-Net rental background check.
Please note you will not be forwarded documents produced by Tenant-Net. Under Federal Fair Credit Act rules, (the law that regulates our business operation) we can only forward responsive documents to the Owner/Manager.
Remember, we can neither pull your credit report nor conduct a background check without your specific approval. You must agree and consent to our conducting a Padzilla rental check.
