Posting a Unit

You’ve decided to try Padzilla. That’s great! We think you will find it the best, the most cost effective, way to reach your target audience... RENTERS!

Renters love photos of their potential new home. Why:

BECAUSE A PICTURE’S WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS! And, that’s the beauty of the internet. Unlike print media that severely limits what a tenant can see and learn about your apartment, Padzilla puts not only a tremendous amount of information at their fingertips, but they can see multiple photos of your unit as well.

Today, units are posted by contacting our team at Tenant–Net (ask for Debbie). You’ll have a choice: either fill out a “data sheet” about your unit, or set a time and we will come by and collect all the pertinent data at your site. There is no extra charge for us to do the data load in, and we can grab some photos of your unit while we are there if you do not have any.

If you have your own photos, those can be emailed to us, or again we can pick them up at your site.

It’s fast and easy. And unlike Craigslist, you will never need to re–enter your data. Your apartment listings do not expire after 30 days. The data is permanently recorded in our database for your use all year long. It can even be edited as well as the need arises!

In the future, Tenant–Net will also develop and build out a direct on–line access for our Customer–Members who prefer to load in their own data and photos over the web. You will have 24/7 365 day a year access to your posted units.
