There are no memberships, hidden fees or yearly dues to join Tenant-Net, and start using Padzilla. However, because we provide confidential credit and rental history, all our members must complete the following 8 agreements.

8 forms! Are you crazy?

Okay. Good Question. First, if you are an existing Tenant-Net customer, you only need to complete Form #8, the Padzilla Membership Agreement. You already completed Forms 1-7 when you first joined Tenant-Net.

If you are new to Tenant-Net, well, we do need all 8. Yes, that is a lot of paper work, no we’re not crazy, but we understand why you might be annoyed. By way of information, most of these forms are for the protection of, and required by, Trans Union, the provider of our credit reports. Without them, they cannot provide credit records to you.

These forms can be downloaded as either WORD Documents or as a PDF, and then faxed, emailed or mailed to our offices here in Saco. That’s the hard part, but that’s it! We take it from there. We’ll set up your account within a day of receipt. After that, we’ll send you your two access codes for the Padzilla system.

2. Tenant-Net Contract:

3. Access Security Agreement:

4. Facility Security Agreement:
