Simple Outline of Application Process

1. Choose an apartment.
2. Ask the Owner/Manager to provide their unique Access code.
3. Go to www.Padzilla.com
4. Hit "Apply" button.
5. Choose "Rental Application" box from the menu.
6. Enter the Access Code and confirm proper Owner/Manager.
7. Complete application form as fully and accurately as possible.
8. You will need your debit or credit card ready and available to pay the $20.00 application fee. Your credit card may be billed $40.00 if your potential property owner or manager requests a criminal records background check with their Tenant-Net search.
