Using Padzilla

Padzilla is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

First, just sign up. If you are an existing Tenant-Net customer, all you need do is fill out the Padzilla Agreement (Document #8 of our Forms/Sign-up Page). If not, then fill out all 8 forms and join Tenant-Net. Be assured there are no hidden fees, membership charges or annual dues!

Second, once you sign up, Tenant-Net will provide you with an Access Code. Keep it handy! Potential tenants will ask for it. This Access Code is a unique number associated only with your account and your apartments.

Third, when a potential tenant does express interest in one of your apartments, provide them (orally or in writing) a copy of your Access Code. They need this number when they apply via the Padzilla system.

FYI: every time someone applies using your Access Code you will receive an automatic email notification of that application. And, shortly thereafter, Tenant-Net will forward our background search results to you on that potential tenant. We even send the actual application along for your files.

Future Plans/Important Upgrade. Many owners/managers tell us they prefer their own application forms instead of our shortened condensed form. If you have a preferred form, let us know. In our next upgrade of Padzilla, we are planning to add a feature that will allow you to use your own form in lieu of or in addition to ours.
