What We Do

Padzilla links you directly and quickly to hundreds of Maine property owners and managers. These owners have worked with Tenant-Net to set up a system where you can go on-line, from any computer and at any time of the day, 365 days a year, to fill out that Owner/Managers rental application.

We take your application, and then conduct a standard tenant reference check. This means:

  1. We pull your credit report from Trans Union;
  2. We check for past evictions in our Court records database;
  3. We look to see if you have applied to another Tenant-Net customer, or have any reports of tenancies from our members; and finally
  4. We check to see if you are a known Fugitive or Sex Offender.

    5. This information will all be automatically forwarded to your designated Owner/Manager in 24 hours or less. They will then review the records and contact you about your rental.
