Who We Are

Padzilla is the on–line division of Tenant–Net, Maine’s premier tenant location and screening firm. Our company goal is to identify, and help place, great tenants into the best apartments here in Maine.

We are a Maine based, Maine owned company... one where you can call and still reach the Owner directly when a problem arises. His name is Tim Murphy, and you should not hesitate to call if he can help.

More importantly, because we regularly handle confidential information about tenants, we are state licensed/state inspected “credit reporting agency.” What does that mean for you?

It means the State of Maine has reviewed and certified that we faithfully comply with the Federal Fair Credit Act when it comes to your credit records, and other confidential information. It means we are inspected by professional staff from the Office of Consumer Credit on a frequent basis. It means we are on top of new laws and legal requirements governing credit reporting,

and, if you ever have a problem or concern about anything we do, it means you have a place to go for help.
